Description: This two-day course is open to anyone interested in using TiberCAD multiphysics tool for the modeling of physics phenomena of a wide variety of electronic devices and nanostructures.
Attendees will get an hands-on experience of TiberCAD capabilities by creating and solving step-by-step physical models of semiconductor devices.

The TiberCAD graphical user interface -- all the steps from creating a geometry to postprocessing

Modeling of heat transfer, transport, strain and piezoelectric phenomena in semiconductor devices

Modeling electronic and optoelectronic properties of nanostructures
based on quantum wells and dots, in an envelope function approximation
(EFA) multi-band framework

Multiphysics/multiscale modeling - the mutual coupling of multiple physics equations

Introduction to atomistic methods and their multiscale coupling with continuous media approaches
